Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, with a site based in Brentwood.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
- Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
- Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
- To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
Experience Criteria:
- Our client is looking for someone with a motor trade sales background
- Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated to earn money, professional, reliable and consistent.
The Package:
Basic salary of £15,000 + OTE of £35,000K - £45K Uncapped + Company Car.
Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm (day off in the week) + 2 late shifts till 7:00pm. 1 in 2 Sundays 10:00am - 5:00pm.
