Sales Executive - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment has collaborated with a reputable client based in Basingstoke and is currently in search of an accomplished Sales Executive.

Although our client is welcoming applicants without prior experience in the motor trade, the preferred candidate should possess a robust sales background.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Create appealing and precise vehicle listings on the dealership's website.

Photograph vehicles to showcase their features and allure potential buyers.

Adjust vehicle prices on the sales lot in accordance with market research and dealership policies.

Preserve the appearance and cleanliness of the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are well-presented.

Work in conjunction with other departments, such as the service team, to streamline vehicle preparation for handover.

Possess excellent organisational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Exhibit proficiency in both literacy and numeracy.

Hold a valid UK driver's license.

The Package:

Salary: £25,000 [OTE £50,000 UNCAPPED!!!]

Hours: Monday to Saturday + Day off in the week!!

Sunday Rota.
