Sales Executive - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, who are actively looking for an experienced sales executive.

Our client seeks an experienced individual with motor trade sales experience to join their continually growing business, offering a rewarding salary package, great working hours which are Monday to Saturday designated weekly day off and a 1 in 3 Sunday Rota! A strong potential for in house progression and training, as well as a company vehicle.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Motor trade sales experience needed and an attitude to succeed.

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Passionate for providing customers a high level of service and maintain customer retention.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer.

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.

The Package:

£20,000 Basic Salary + OTE circa £60,000.

Company Vehicle & other exciting benefits.

Monday – Saturday 8:30 – 18:00, designated weekly day off and 1 in 3 Sundays (10:00 – 16:00)

22 Days paid holiday with bank holidays taken in lieu if worked.
