Sales Executive - Aldershot

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is collaborating with a well-established client situated in Aldershot, actively seeking an adept Sales Executive proficient in selling both new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Showcase and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Negotiate and finalise sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership sales objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Coordinate with other departments, such as the service and finance teams, to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to delivery.

The Package:

Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 [Depending on experience] + £50,000 OTE!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday: [8:30am – 6:00pm] + Day off in the week!!

Saturdays: [8:30am – 5:00pm].

Sundays (1-in-3): [10:00am – 4:00pm].
