Sales Controller - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced Vehicle Sales Controller to join an established motor trade dealership group business, based around the outskirts of Portsmouth. 

Our client seeks an experienced Vehicle Sales professional with current Sales Controller level experience, or an established Sales Executive keen to take their next step. 

You’ll be committed to growing the business and never compromise on the top customer service they look to deliver to their customers.

Responsibilities:

Controlling a team of 3 sales executives – Desking deals, second facing every customer, reviewing diary activity and responsible for site. 

Reporting into the Senior Sales Manager who oversees two sites. The successful individual will be left on site alone 2/3 days per week and expected to manage during this time

Making sure that customers are receiving service of the highest quality at all times. 

Ensuring all policies, procedures and practices are adhered to. 

Making sure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively. 

Maintaining the highest standard of showroom and pitch presentation. 

Achieving sales targets and KPIs. 

Increasing sales volumes and working with the sales team to grow profits.

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary - £50K OTE with Company Car

Monday – Friday 8:30 – 6:00 Saturday on a 1 in 3 rota basis 8:30 – 5:00

No Sundays!
