





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade group dealership, based around the outskirts of Thames Ditton in a very well established dealership. Our client is seeking to add an additional Vehicle Sales Administrators to their growing team. Supporting the Dealership Accountant and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
To provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring all new and used vehicle administrative tasks are carried out accurately, and within agreed timescales.
To assist with vehicle taxation
Assist with the invoicing of new and used vehicles
Assist with the part exchange vehicle stock system
Experience Required:
Current/ Previous experience in a Sales Administration role within the automotive industry is essential.
Working knowledge of the Kerridge system is essential
Experienced in a high volume and fast paced environment would be highly desirable.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills
The Package:
Starting salary is dependent on experience; £24,000 - £26,000 plus bonus of £2,000 - £3,000 per annum plus fantastic company benefits.
Monday to Friday 09.00-5:30 with an hour for lunch, with flexibility available on hours.
