Sales Administrator - Southampton

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade car dealership business based around the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position, however, a four-day week can also be considered. 

Reporting in to the Sales Manager, the ideal Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS (Pinnacle)

Registering all cars - new (AFRL)

Link to the Manufacturer on their online portal

Monitoring the delivery Company for the receipt of all new sold and stock cars

Reporting any damaged units to the delivery Company and raising the necessary invoice for the recharge of any works required

Ensuring all files with outstanding finance on the part-exchange was passed in a timely fashion to ensure no charges were incurred

Liaising with each salesman to ensure all handover paperwork is ready for the customer to collect their car.

The Package:

£20,000 Depending on experience.
