The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a business, based on the outskirts of Kidderminster. Seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery.
Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs, on a timely basis.
New vehicle stock ordering and Management.
The ideal candidate would have current or previous motor trade experience and be a confident user of Kerridge. This is essential in the successful application for this position, the amount of experience in this role however is negotiable.
The Package:
£18,000 - £22,000 - Depending on experience, plus fantastic company benefits.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch (flexible).
