The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade car dealership business based around the outskirts of Epsom. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position to start ASAP.

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

Bring vehicles into stock

HPI vehicles

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Tax vehicles and complete V5

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£21,000 Depending on experience.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm. One hour lunch
