The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of an established dealership group, based around the outskirts of Chester in a very well established dealership. Our client is seeking to add Two experienced Vehicle Sales Administrators to their growing team. Supporting the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
To provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately, and within agreed timescales.
Completion of all sales related documents.
Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit.
Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant.
Recording purchases on the system.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration role within the motor trade industry is essential.
Kerridge system experience or similar is highly desirable.
The Package:
Starting salary is dependent on experience; £18,000 - £23,000 plus fantastic company benefits
Monday to Friday 08.30-5:00 with an hour for lunch, with flexibility available on hours.
