





The Role:
An excellent opportunity has come up to work with an established new & used car dealership, with a site based around the outskirts of Bolton. Our client is seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their expanding team. Reporting directly to the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate vehicle records, including deal files that comply with all Group and legal requirements.
Process deals through the system in a timely and accurate fashion and in accordance with Group and legal requirements.
Accurately order vehicles in line with dealership guidelines.
Maintain relationships both internally and externally.
Be an active member of the team by providing accurate information in a timely manner.
Kerridge system experience preferred but not essential.
Current/ previous motor trade experience in a Sales Admin role or very similar is essential in this role.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a strong minded person who can work as part of a team or individually.
The Package:
Salary (experience dependant) Up to £20,000 + Fantastic company benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with 60 minutes for lunch. Flexible hours available
