Recruitment Consultant - Wickham

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual who would like to contribute to the continued development and growth plans of Silcom Recruitment Limited!

Must have a full UK Driver's License!!

The Position:

Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.

Effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and candidate interactions simultaneously.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with both clients and candidates, representing the company positively.

Some recruitment experience would be ideal. However, we’d also love to speak with individuals from a sales or customer service background who showcase a willingness, and desire to learn and develop. THIS IS KEY!!
