The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently offering an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team.

Established in 2016 Silcom Recruitment have been providing recruitment solutions to clients throughout the UK, from SMEs to respected Blue Chip companies. We cover permanent, temporary and contract based positions and you would not be restricted to any of these areas. Providing a superb opportunity to grow an exciting desk, providing superb earning potential.

££ Flexible starting salary dependant on experience ££

Uncapped commission between 10% - 25%
