The Role:
Our established client based in Redditch have an immediate need for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. Most likely for a two-month period, our client seeks an accomplished Purchase Ledger Clerk to help process a backlog of invoices.
A superb opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to work within a fast paced, established business - The position could also extend beyond the two-month projected finish date.
Working as part of a team and reporting into the company Management Accountant, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Matching and posting high volume invoices
Reconciling statements
Resolution of supplier queries
Processing BACS payments.
Parts invoicing (GRNI)
Previous experience of processing invoices in a fast-paced environment;
Requirements:
Motor trade accounting knowledge & experience preferred
Kerridge system experience preferred
The Package:
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm - Flexible to suit
