





The Role:
We have the pleasure of working with a well-established group and successful team based in Portsmouth, who are in search of an experienced parts professional who can take the reins in a supervisory role and work alongside the Service Manager in running a smooth aftersales department.
You will lead your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets alongside your colleagues.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Previous Parts Manager / Supervisor experience – highly desired.
Management of x1 Parts Advisor & x1 Apprentice Parts Advisor.
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment
Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding
Package:
£28,000 Basic Salary + Bonus [OTE £32,000] Uncapped
Monday – Friday 7:30 – 17:00 or 8:00 - 17:30
Saturday 1 in 2 weekends 8:00 – 13:00
