The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Parts Sales Executive for an exciting client of ours based in Bristol, who have the fourth largest parts distribution centre in the country, with over 1,300 active customers in the region. This role offers excellent promotion opportunities and the possibility of hybrid working. The primary focus will be telephone-based parts sales throughout the day and contacting customers.

Our client will consider individuals who show a great attitude towards learning, developing and excited to build a career within the motor industry. No motor trade experience required!!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Sales Executive:

Meet personal KPIs and revenue goals with target customers.

Accurately identify and supply parts to fulfill customer sales needs.

Effectively use product promotions to achieve set targets.

Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities within the customer base.

Stay informed on product knowledge and competitor activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone and in-person interactions.

Deliver high-quality service to customers.

Provide timely updates to customers on their credit status.

Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.

Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

Package:

Basic Salary Up To £26,753 + OTE £2,500 (based on KPI & centre sales target)!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm]

(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am – 1:00pm] paid as overtime (Additional £1,000 per annum)!!
