Parts Manager - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

We have the pleasure of working with a well-established group and expert team based on the outskirts of Southampton, in search of an experienced and respected individual who can take the reins of a large department as Parts Manager to run this successful department.

You will lead your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Previous Parts Manager / Supervisor experience

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent listening and communication skills

Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment

Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding

Package:

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus [Experience Dependant]

Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm
