Automotive, Workshop, Aftersales & Customer ServiceThe Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join a prestigious and well-known client of ours, based at their Shirley site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Assist customers with their parts enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
Process orders and handle parts documentation.
Work closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations.
Package:
Basic Salary: £25,200 (Increasing to £26,200 once qualified) + £2,000 Annual bonus!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:30pm] with a 45-minute lunch break!!
Saturdays on rota (Generally one Saturday a month)!!
