Parts Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Parts Advisor for an established franchise car dealership group, based in Southampton, reporting into the Service Manager, this is an urgent requirement for our client. 

Superb earning potential on offer as well as a refreshing rota based working system. 

Current motor trade and Kerridge system experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts

Package:

£20,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £30,000+)

Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm

Week 2 - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Week 3 - Monday to Friday - 9:30am - 6:00pm

One in three Saturday mornings.
