Automotive, Workshop, Aftersales & Customer ServiceThe Role:
An established family run client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Parts Supervisor, a great opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive business with an exceptional facility.
Current motor trade parts experience preferred is essential for this role.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments.
Managing parts stock.
Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
Providing quotations.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Knowledge and experience of car parts required.
Package:
£22,230 Basic Salary + Bonus, OTE £25,230
Great benefits, including 25 days + bank holidays.
7:30am - 16:30pm/08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
One in three Saturday mornings - 8:00am - 12:30pm.
