Parts Advisor - Maidenhead

The Role:

Our client, a family-run business based in Maidenhead, seek a Parts Advisor to play a crucial role in upholding the trust and excellence their customers expect. With over 50 years experience, they’ve built a reputation for unparalleled service, reliability, and quality within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles, both in person and over the phone.

Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are stocked and organised.

Process orders for parts from customers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Provide expert advice and support on vehicle parts, including compatibility and installation guidance.

Communicate with suppliers to order new parts, negotiate prices, and handle any issues related to deliveries or returns.

Handle returns and warranty claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Package:

Basic salary of £28,000 + Bonus (after 3 months)!

Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]

Saturdays [8:00am – 1:00pm] + alternate weekends paid as overtime!!!
