Parts Advisor - Exeter

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Workshop Parts Advisor to join a reputable and well-established dealership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and is committed to ensuring technicians have the parts they need on time, every time.
Your primary focus will be supporting the workshop with all parts ordering and coordination, with occasional assistance in parts distribution when required.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Supply the workshop with required parts quickly and accurately.

Process parts requests, orders, and returns.

Maintain correct stock levels and manage shortages efficiently.

Communicate closely with workshop technicians to support smooth daily operations.

Provide occasional support with parts distribution when needed.

Work collaboratively as part of the workshop and parts team.

Package:

Basic Salary: £28,500 + on average of £300 per month bonus.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 16:00pm or 08:00am – 16:30pm – flexibility on this.
