Marketing Executive - Outskirts of Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established and growing, family run business located around the outskirts of Fareham.

We seek a candidate with a proactive mindset, driven to exceed expectations, someone who is confident being on both sides of the camera, and can adapt in a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Marketing Executive:

This is a chance to own, shape, and drive the entire marketing function of a business that’s going places.

Someone who is ready and able to help the organisation build a brand.

Take full ownership of marketing activity across all channels

Create engaging video-first content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Be confident appearing on camera as part of the brand

Capture day-to-day dealership life, stock arrivals, customer handovers & behind-the-scenes content

Promote the company culture, team and customer experience

Plan and execute campaigns to drive leads, engagement and sales

Manage and grow social media channels

The Package:

Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)!

Hours: Monday to Friday [9:00 – 5:00pm].
