Management Accountant - Aldershot

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity, we’re seeking an experienced Management Accountant for an established and independently run motor trade organisation, based in Aldershot.

Reporting to the Finance Director and potential to eventually take over the whole accounting function. Initially, the role involves overseeing a small team of 3 while heading the production of management accounts for 18 company sites.

Experience using Sage 200 system preferred, but not essential!

Responsibilities and Requirements of a Management Accountant:

Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly management accounts and variance analysis.

Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans for the dealership.

Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000!!!

Pension, Private healthcare, Death in service, 20 days holiday rising to 25 & Birthday off!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 5:00pm]!!
