





The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a top client of ours based in West London at their flagship dealership, seeking to add an experienced Head of Sales, supporting the senior management staff, you will be responsible for the new & used side of the business for this great brand they represent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded individual to progress and be rewarded for their positive contribution & leadership within the business.
Duties will include:
You will provide coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations.
To personally be accountable for each enquiry which your team takes or creates.
You will assist in the development of sales plans and budgets to achieve, financial targets.
You will be responsible for managing the sales department in a professional, profitable manner, observing adhering to all business standards.
To identify and improve customer service levels delivered by the team.
To have knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies, and have knowledge of our competitors.
To provide guidance and training to the team to improve their performance on prospecting, sales presentation, negotiating, closing and product knowledge to ensure that all Sales staff are doing their jobs effectively and confidently.
To achieve Finance & Insurance commission and penetration objectives.
To assist with the recruitment of sales & other staff in the department.
The Package:
Up to £50,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £110,000 UNCAPPED, company car, plus fantastic company benefits.
