Head Of Marketing - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are in search of an accomplished Head of Marketing to join an expanding, vibrant team based on the outskirts of Southampton.

In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, driving sales growth, and elevating customer satisfaction. This pivotal leadership role demands exceptional analytical prowess, creative flair, deep industry insight, and an unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier campaigns and outcomes.

Responsibilities & Requirements of Head Marketing:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet business goals.

Supervise all marketing activities, from campaigns to events, ensuring effectiveness.

Analyse markets to understand customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

Manage budget allocation for optimal ROI.

Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including manufacturers and partners.

Lead and mentor a team of 3 marketers for successful initiatives.

Assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative techniques.

Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams for aligned efforts.

Package:

Basic Salary: £35,000 + £50,000 + Company Car
