Head of Business - Portsmouth

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment, we have a new and exciting opportunity based in Portsmouth, for a Head of Business to efficiently oversee the allocation of business resources to attain specified goals, encompassing sales metrics, profitability, employee contentment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Head of Business:

Effectively manage the resources within the business to achieve the required objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.

Provide clear leadership by ensuring the vision and objectives for the business are understood and communicated by the staff.

Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with managers and employees of the business.

Communicate and maintain customer service standards and measurements in line with the requirements of the brand.

Recruit department managers & staff in line with organisational requirements.

Experience in a similar role with a proven track record in the motor trade industry is essential. This Head of Business must have experience of running large operations.

Package:

Basic Salary up to £75,000 - £90,000, OTE £130,000 Uncapped!
