





The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of one of our top clients, who seek an experienced Head of Aftersales based in Portsmouth. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for the following tasks & duties:
Duties will include:
A complete understanding of Aftersales process’ in a modern dealership.
To liaise with company representatives to maintain manufacturer standard requirements & KPI targets.
Manage the day to day operations of the Service & Parts Department to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
Must have the drive and determination to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction with the overall objective of increasing turnover and profit to exceed set budgets.
To have a hands-on approach to manage, motivate and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the departments. This is KEY.
Create, agree and control sales, merchandising, recruitment & advertising and aftersales promotion plans to support the achievement of Service & Parts department plans and budgets.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required:
Current/ recent automotive Aftersales Management experience is essential.
Experience of working with a main dealer would be highly advantageous
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have consistently delivered an above budget financial performance.
Our client is looking for an aspiring Head of Business in the future, someone who is driven and eager to continue to progress their career.
Experience of managing a team of around 25 + people would be essential to succeed in this role.
The Package:
£60,000 - £65,000 basic with an OTE of £80,000 - £85,000 + car and other company benefits.
