Group Used Car Administrator - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who are currently seeking a Group Used Car Administrator to join their team. 

We’re ideally seeking an individual who currently holds strong administration experience, has strong Excel capabilities and high levels of attention to detail in their work.

Working for an established business, who operate across multiple sites. You will be able to work within a modern car dealership environment, and a company who hold superb company ethics, training and development.

As a Group Used Car Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Data quality control of vehicle records on the company DMS.

Analysis of part-exchange appraisal content and quality.

Procurement support on every aspect of the buying process.

Transferring stock around the group.

Monitoring of processes and routines used for stock management.

Performance monitoring and reporting across the group.

Working closely with the sales administration, accounts and sales

The Package: 

Starting salary of £20,000 - £24,000 (experience dependent)

Bonus – Circa £2,000 per annum

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 6:00pm – One-hour lunch
