General Sales Manager - Oxford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is excited to be supporting a successful main dealership based in Oxford, seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the sales department.

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of six Sales Executives and two Sales Controllers.

Drive performance to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.

Uphold brand standards, compliance expectations, and a consistent sales process.

Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary, on target earnings of £70,000 uncapped.

Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pmNo Sundays – day off in the week with one late night (Tuesday or Thursday)
