General Manager - Southampton

The Role:

We're excited to be supporting a well-established, Managing Director run business, who seek a General Manager to join their team.

Our client seeks an experienced General Manager who is eager to be part of family run business, managing a close knit team, predominantly office based & dealing with customers. They require someone to take lead on the daily responsibilities of this profitable business. 

Our client would also look at someone who is an experienced Workshop Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or similar or Senior Service Advisor who is looking for a step up in responsibility.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Managing the day to day running of this busy service centre. Working closely with the owner of the business.

Distribution of daily workload for Vehicle Technicians.

Ordering of parts.

Updating customers on progress of their vehicles.

Package:

Salary, dependent on experience up to £35,000 basic.

Monday to Friday 08.30- 17.30. 1 in 2 Saturdays (08:30 – 12:30)
