General Manager - Southampton

The Role:

We're excited to be supporting a well-established, Motor Trade Group, who are seeking a General Manager to join their team.

Our client seeks an experienced General Manager who is eager to be part of family run business, managing a close knit team. They require someone to take lead on the daily responsibilities of this profitable business. 

Our client are eager to consider applicants who are driven with a proven Sales background within the Motor Trade to take on this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Extensive and proven experience at management level within vehicle sales.

Performance management of the existing sales team and ensuring key KPIs are achieved.

Ensure robust sales processes are followed and maximise F+I opportunities and to.

A proven track record in building and developing teams and developing staff to achieve their full potential.

Ongoing recruitment and coaching of staff and regular reviews.

Ensure customers experience the highest level of customer care.

Instil company values and ensure they are always promoted.

Our client will consider someone from either sales or aftersales background

Package:

Salary, dependent on experience up to £55,000 basic.

Bonus circa £25,000 – Package circa £80,000

Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30
