Dealership Accountant (part time) - Redditch

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have a superb opportunity available for a part time Dealership Accountant for a client of ours based near Redditch. Our client, a respected, multi franchise group with an unrivalled reputation in the area, now seek an experienced Dealership Accountant to join their team on a part time basis.

The successful candidate will support the company Finance Director with management accounts production for two of their sites.

Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts ensuring they are submitted accurately and to the specified deadline

Review management accounts and highlight variances from budget and prior year with the management team

Assist the management teams by resolving any accounting queries promptly

Assist in the production of external and internal annual budgets

Monitor budgets and liaise with management regarding variances and cost control

Produce the year end pack and assist the auditors as required in providing information to generate statutory accounts

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant to join an established business on a part time basis. 

The Package:

£40,000 Basic Salary (pro rata) + Company Car

Monday to Friday - Six hours per day - Or 30 hours over four days.
