Dealership Accountant - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Need a New Year’s resolution? Are you an experienced Dealership Accountant looking for a change? Silcom Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting recruitment opportunity in collaboration with a motor trade dealership group that spans across the outskirts of Southampton. We are currently seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to manage two sites within the group, with the flexibility to work between both locations.

Responsibilities and Requirements of a Dealership Accountant:

Ensure timely and accurate submission of management accounts.

Review and communicate account discrepancies to the management team.

Support senior management in departmental investigations related to accounts and staff management.

Precisely prepare statutory information within specified deadlines.

Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary data for statutory accounts.

Manage business cash flow and produce relevant reports for senior management.

Oversee the stock reconciliation process to align with company needs.

Create and submit composite reports promptly.

Capable of traveling between two locations

The Package:

Basic Salary: £40,000 + £4,000 Bonus + Car!

Monday to Friday hours [40 hours per week].
