The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are collaborating with one of the South Coasts leading motor groups with the hire of an accomplished Customer Service Advisor for their dealership based in Southampton.
Our client is in need of an experienced Customer Service Advisor who counts themselves as a customer service expert, confident and passionate about their work, well-prepared and seeking their next challenge!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary: £26,500 + Bonus | OTE: £30,000+ per annum + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm)
(1-in-2) Saturdays (8:00am -1:00pm)
