The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our esteemed client located around the outskirts of Southampton.
As a vital member of the inbound and outbound customer bookings team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional phone-based communication and customer service. Joining a high-achieving organisation, you'll have the chance to work with a top-performing team in your field.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Candidates with prior or recent experience in a contact centre setting are preferred, though it is not essential.
Proficiency in providing customer service through various communication channels, including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in-person interactions.
While experience with switchboards is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
A strong background in general customer service and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
IT proficiency is expected.
The ability to upsell or previous sales experience advantageous.
The Package:
Salary: £21,000 + OTE £31,000!!
Full time hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 17:00pm].
Part time hours: Monday to Friday [09:00am - 3:00pm] or [Two full days & one half day per week].
