





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment seeks a Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our respected client situated on the outskirts of Southampton.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prior or recent experience in a contact centre setting (though not essential).
Proficiency in customer service across multiple channels: phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in-person interactions.
Experience with switchboards, but not mandatory.
Strong background in general customer service and administrative tasks.
IT proficiency.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £21,744 + OTE £32,000!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm].
(1-in-4) Saturday mornings with a half-day off during the week!!
