The Role:

Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced Customer Contact Advisor to join our premium client on a full time permanent basis. Based around the outskirts of Eastleigh, you will be an integral part of a small team providing the best customer journey for our client.

Relevant Experience Required:

Current or recent contact centre experience preferred (not essential)

Experience of delivering customer service over the phone, email and face-to-face

Switchboard experience preferred 

General administration

IT literate 

The Package:

£19,500 + Commission 

Monday – Friday:  07:45 – 16:45 or 09:00 – 18:00 on rotation

1 Saturday in 4:   09:00 – 13:00

22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
