The Role:
We at Silcom Recruitment are actively seeking an experienced Contact Centre Advisor to join our premium client on a full time basis. Based on the outskirts of Southampton, you will be an integral part of a successful and driven team, providing the highest quality customer service as a part of a high performing dealership.
If you have a background of high quality customer service, you could be the perfect candidate for this office based role.
Experience Required:
Current or recent contact centre experience preferred (not essential).
Experience of delivering customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound), establish the customer’s key service / repair requirements.
To qualify and log all incoming sales enquiries for presentation to management and other team members.
General customer service & administration desired.
IT literate
The Package:
Basic salary from £19,500 - £23,000 per annum [dependant on experience]
Monday to Friday | Rota: 7.30am - 4.30pm & 8.30am - 5.30pm
