Commercial Vehicle Technician - Fareham

The Role:

We are currently at work searching for tried and tested Commercial Vehicle Technician’s to work with one of our largest established clients at their main-dealership based local to Fareham. Our client is in great need of confident and qualified people who are well-prepared and trained to enter a main dealership environment!

The ideal Commercial Vehicle Technician will have developed skills and a great mechanical knowledge so that they can confidently work on any LCV or similar vehicle presented to them.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Commercial Vehicle Technician:

To be considered for the role, you will ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, City & Guilds or hold equivalent qualifications

You will ideally have at least a year’s practice or training experience in a busy, workshop environment

If you have experience with MOT testing, running diagnostics or hold higher qualifications – there are many significant benefits!

A full UK driving licence

The ability to communicate with customers effectively

A sound mechanical knowledge

Franchise dealership experience preferred – but not essential!

Package:

Basic Salary: £31,590 - £35,130 (experience dependent) + OTE Including Group Team Bonus!!!

Shifts Available: [Monday–Friday] 7:30am – 5:00pm OR 8:00am – 5:30pm

+ [1-in-3 Saturdays] 5 Hours (paid at time & a ½)
