The Role:
We have the pleasure of working with a successful independent group of car sales experts based on the ‘Outskirts of Southampton’. Our client is seeking to add a confident and motivated Car Sales Executive to their ranks as a part of their Central Sales Team.
This is a ‘Unique’ opportunity for an adaptive, confident Car Sales Executive who is prepared to conduct sales in a number of ways; from your own office facilities, over the phone, in person face-to-face and using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or MS Teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
Achieving monthly sales targets for used-vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful Car Sales work.
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner no matter the circumstances (be it in person, over the phone or on a video conference).
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
The Package:
£24,000 Basic rate with an OTE of £48,000 UNCAPPED per annum.
Monday-Saturday / 9:30am - 7:00pm (with 2 days off in the week!!)
Sundays 10:00am – 5:00pm (plus every 3rd weekend off!!)
