The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership group, with a site based in Southampton (SO15 postcode).
Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast. This is a great opportunity to join an established business, offering full training, brand accreditation and support towards building a lasting successful career within motor trade sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will ideally have current or previous face-to-face sales experience in the motor trade, with a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
Our client is looking for someone who is currently working within a car sales environment
The Package:
£12,000 basic starting salary. OTE Uncapped £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car & other benefits.
8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday (Day off in the week) Sunday (rota, usually 1 in 2 or 3 Sundays 10:00 - 16:00).
