Car Sales Executive - Southampton

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced car sales executive to join an established franchise car dealership group, with a site based on the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast.

This is a great opportunity to join an established growing business, offering full training and support towards building a lasting career within motor trade sales.

As a sales executive, you will ideally have current or previous face-to-face sales experience within the motor trade industry, with a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed.

Our client is looking for someone who has the ability to hit the ground running in this role.

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a car sales environment

The Package:

£12,000 basic starting salary.

OTE un-capped £40,000 - £45,000 + company car & other benefits.

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday

8:30am-5:00pm Saturday (Day off in the week)

Sunday (rota, usually 1 in 3 Sundays).
