Car Sales Executive - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an excellent motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive with experience or without to join an established premium car dealership, based in the Salisbury area.

 As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a motor trade organisation in Sales or similar.

As mentioned my client is willing to look at people who have transferable sales experience, a great attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the motor trade industry.

The Package:

£20,000 basic salary. 1 - 3 month guarantee, OTE of £48,000 Uncapped + Company Car, and great company benefits.

Monday to Friday [8:30am - 6:00pm] | Saturdays [9:00am - 5:00pm] | Sundays [10:00am - 4:00pm] (1 in 4/5) full weekends off!
