Car Sales Executive - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent motor trade organisation and have an opportunity to hire an additional Sales Executive to join an established motor trade dealership, based in Reading.

Experience & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with a motor trade sales background; however, telesales, retail, insurance or similar sales experience will be considered.

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, driven to earn money, professional, reliable and consistent.

The Package:

Basic salary of £20K, (Sliding scale salary reviewed each quarter) OTE of £46,500 Uncapped with people in the business earning over £80,000! Company Car & fuel card, and other benefits.

Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Saturday 08:30 - 17:30, Sunday (1 in 2) 10:00 - 16:00.
