Car Sales Executive - Newbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have another great opportunity in the motor trade, we are currently supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who are currently offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team, based in Newbury.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Following a structured sales process to maximise opportunities - Sales of new & used cars

Ensure an excellent customer service experience

Identify targets and book appointments accordingly

Achieve sales and profitability targets

Selling of finance and insurance products

The Package: 

Starting salary of £25,000 + OTE of £45K - £55K per annum.

Company Car

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm

Designated day off during the week

Saturday – 8:30am – 5:00pm

Sunday rota (1 in 2) – 10:00am – 4:00pm
