





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are collaborating with a well-established premium client located in the Horsham area. We are actively seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive.
The ideal Sales Executive will need to have experience working within the automotive industry in car sales, sales support or anything relating to. A passion in delivering a high level of customer service and eager to come in and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Achieve monthly sales targets through the sale of a variety of used vehicles.
Earn bonuses by upselling additional add-ons in accordance with FCA guidelines.
Efficiently manage and update a customer database.
Schedule appointments and provide timely updates to customers before vehicle collections.
Foster a positive and customer-centric attitude to enhance customer retention.
Possess a valid and clean UK Driver's License.
The Package:
Basic Salary of £12,000 [will be reviewed in the New Year] + OTE of £55,000!!
Monday to Friday [36 hour working week]!
Saturday & (1-in-3) Sundays + a designated weekly day off!
