Car Sales Executive - Guildford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an established car dealership group who are based in Guildford. They are currently looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Selling of new & used vehicle to achieve monthly sales targets.  

Upsell of additional add-ons following FCA guidelines.

Maintain a customer database efficiently, book appointments and provide constant updates to customers ahead of their vehicle handovers.

Positive and customer centric attitude to maximise customer retention.

Must work well within a team environment.

Clean UK Driver’s License.

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary + £45,000 Uncapped OTE bonus.  

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 + Saturday [8:30 – 17:00] Designated weekly day off.

Sunday Rota’d Shift – [10:00 till 16:00]

Company Vehicle Supplied.

In house training and progression opportunity.
