Car Sales Executive - Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a very established client of ours who have an opportunity for a Sales Executive with experience or without to join an established car dealership, based in Fareham.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a motor trade organisation in sales or similar.

As mentioned my client is willing to look at people who have transferable sales experience, a great attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the motor trade industry.

The Package:

£18,000 basic salary, OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 uncapped + company car, and great company benefits.

Monday to Saturdays, with a day off in the week & one late shift. No Sundays!
