Car Sales Executive - Crawley

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an established premium client of ours who are based in the Crawley area. We are currently looking for an experienced, eager and customer centric Car Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within the automotive industry in car sales, sales support or anything relating to. A passion in delivering a high level of customer service and being a team player.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Selling of both new & used vehicles to achieve monthly sales targets.  

Benefit from a rewarding bonus structure by the upsell of additional add-ons following FCA guidelines.

Maintain a customer database efficiently, book appointments and provide constant updates to customers ahead of their vehicle collections.

Positive and customer centric attitude to maximise customer retention.

Clean UK Driver’s License.

The Package:

£22,000 Basic Salary + £55,000 Uncapped OTE bonus.  

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 + Saturday [8:30 – 17:00] Designated weekly day off.

Sunday Rota’d Shift – [10:00 till 16:00]

Company Vehicle Supplied.

In house training and progression opportunity.
